The entire staff here is extremely welcoming and friendly and pays very close attention to my dog. Even from just my initial assessment test, they remembered details about by dog and seemed to genuinely care right off the bat.

I was very nervous since my dog never had much socialization since we used to have 2 dogs. After losing my older dog, being called to return to office for work and needing to go on a long trip, I had to find daycare and boarding services for the first time in her life. The entire staff was so attentive to her needs and I felt at ease almost immediately. It was really comforting to see how well they treated her and how much attention they paid to her social cues and comfort level.

Canine Retreat does an amazing job! We routinely bring our dog here for daycare and boarding when we’re out of town, and they always take such wonderful care of him.

During a recent boarding stay, our dog injured one of his nails while playing. It was a complete accident - he simply took an awkward step, and it could have happened anywhere. The staff immediately called to inform us of the incident and helped arrange treatment for him. They kept us updated throughout the entire process and made sure he received plenty of extra love and attention for the remainder of his stay. They even followed up after we returned home to check on how he was doing.

We are incredibly appreciative of the care and attention he received. Canine Retreat has always provided exceptional service, but this experience truly reinforced just how much they genuinely care about the pets they watch.

The staff were all so friendly. They welcomed all the questions I had in person and over the phone. The timing is flexible and drop off and pick up were quick and easy. I was able to watch how my dog was doing before I left him for the day. I love that there are web cams available to check on my dog during the day. Canine Retreat is a special place that I feel comfortable leaving my dog while I am out of town.  My dog is a little anxious and I feel good when I can see him on the web cams and realize he is doing fine and being taken care of. I appreciate the staff here so much, it was the first time I boarded my cat and I was super unsure about it. I was able to get a tour of the facility before boarding her and ask all the questions. Drop off and pick up were easy and seamless. My kitty seemed overall happy when I picked her up. They followed my care instructions well.
